Detailed Information, including pre-race meeting, cutoffs, and race rules

In keeping with a national trend, the Bear 100 requires participants to render eight hours of public service to their local forest service or park service in constructing and/or maintaining trails in their area, or to an ultrarunning race as an aid station volunteer or similar (not pacing!).  Any type of volunteer service is accepted as long as it is approved by local officials or the RD.  The trail work form below is required in order for your application to be complete.  If a trail work form is not submitted by September 15, 2008, your application will be declined and your fee, less $15.00, will be returned to you.   Mailing address for the trail work form is 1471 West Highway 218, Smithfield, UT 84335.
